Easily manage your company information and details that appear on your personalized email reminders.
From the navigation click on ‘Settings’
From the left side navigation, select ‘Email Settings’
Within here you can add all the information about your bussiness:
- Company settings s where you add your company name, address, web address, email and phone number
- Branding is where you can upload your business logo so it appears on the emails reminders you send to your clients
- Add your personalized email signature, the same as you would in Outlook or Gmail. You’re able to add this as a variable when creating a reminder set.
- Email preview will show you how your data is being desplayed
- Send settings allows you to manage the ‘sent from’ email address and the time you want your reminders to be sent
- Email notification allows you to select what notifications you want to be emailed, for example, you can receive an email notification from Invoice Tracker when an invoice has been paid.
